  • Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your email address. You may also sign in with Apple, in which case we receive your Apple ID information.
  • Photos: When you use the video generation feature, photos you select from your photo library are uploaded to our secure servers for AI video generation.
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our services.
  • Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, transactions are processed by Apple. We only receive purchase confirmation information.

Important Notice About Photo Data

  • Photo Upload: Your photos are uploaded to our secure cloud storage solely for the purpose of AI video generation. Photos are transmitted using encrypted connections.
  • AI Processing: Your photos are sent to third-party AI video generation services to create birthday celebration videos. These services process your photos only for the requested video generation.
  • Data Retention: Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored for up to 30 days to allow you to download and share your videos. After this period, they are automatically deleted from our servers. You can also delete your data at any time by deleting your account from the Settings page.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: Your photos are never shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third parties beyond the AI processing required to generate your videos.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving our video generation services
  • Processing your video generation requests
  • Managing your account and subscription status
  • Sending service-related notifications
  • Preventing fraud and abuse

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

  • All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS
  • Account passwords are encrypted before storage
  • Photos and videos are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls

  • Supabase: For user authentication and data storage
  • Apple App Store: For app distribution and payment processing
  • RevenueCat: For subscription management
  • AI Video Generation Services (kie.ai / Hailuo): For creating birthday celebration videos from your photos. Your uploaded photos are sent to these services solely for video generation and are subject to their respective privacy policies.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You can request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: You can update or correct inaccurate personal information
  • Deletion: You can delete your account and all related data directly from the app's Settings page
  • Data Portability: You can download your generated videos to your device

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
