How do I use Facefect for beauty scoring?

After opening the app, tap the "Start Scoring" button on the main page. Take a photo or select a clear front-facing photo from your gallery. The AI will generate a detailed analysis report within seconds.

How accurate are the scoring results?

Facefect uses advanced AI deep learning algorithms to evaluate multiple dimensions including facial symmetry, proportions, and contours. The results provide valuable reference, but beauty is diverse - scores are for entertainment purposes only.

Are my photos saved?

No. Your photos are only used locally on your device for instant analysis. They are never uploaded or stored on any server after analysis is complete. We take your privacy seriously.

How does the credit system work?

Each AI analysis consumes a certain number of credits. New users receive free credits upon registration. You can get monthly credits through subscription membership or purchase credit packs separately.

What are the membership benefits?

Subscribers enjoy: 2,000 credits per month, unlimited beauty scores, detailed analysis reports, personalized recommendations, and early access to new features. Yearly members also save 17%.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of your current subscription period.

Can I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. To request a refund, please visit Apple's official website at reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple customer support.

Why are my analysis results different each time?

Analysis results may vary slightly due to factors such as lighting, angle, and facial expression. For more consistent results, we recommend taking photos in good lighting with a straight-on view.

Which devices are supported?

Facefect currently supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 15.0 or later. We continuously optimize the app to support more devices.
