We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration

Some features require account registration:

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities under your account
Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account

3. Usage Rules

When using this app, you agree to:

Only upload photos of yourself or photos you have authorization to use
Not upload illegal, obscene, infringing, or harmful content

4. Subscription Services

This app offers subscription services:

Subscription Types: Monthly and yearly subscriptions
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiration
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings

11. Face Data Usage

When you use our facial analysis feature:

Your uploaded photos are processed by our AI service to generate analysis results
Photos are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers
Only the text-based analysis results (scores and recommendations) are saved to your account
We do NOT share your face data with any third parties
All data is permanently deleted when you delete your account

12. Third-Party Beneficiaries

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
